Cherry is such a lovely wood! Its warm color tones and interesting grain patterns make it stand out. Although it’s a fairly hard wood, it cuts, carves, and machines beautifully. American Cherry is often chosen for craftsman-style furniture, and I think it suited this piece perfectly.

For those who don’t like seeing their TV when it’s not in use, this was our solution for the client. Most of the day, it functions as a display cabinet, but when it’s time to relax, it transforms into a concealed entertainment center. The TV and other electronics are on a pullout, making the transition seamless.
